About the Workplace

The workplace consists of group homes, service homes, and personal assistance.

Your Responsibilities

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, on-call/nights, and weekends.

You will support the user with individual assistance based on their needs in their home, e.g., cooking, shopping, cleaning.

You will also support the user with individual assistance based on their needs during their leisure time.

The assistance is described in the user's implementation plan, and you will receive an introduction with an experienced colleague to get to know the individuals you will be supporting.

Qualifications

A prerequisite for the position is that you are interested in working with people.

It is beneficial if you have some knowledge of AAC, such as visual support, and it is important that you can work in a low-arousal manner.

The work includes tasks delegated by the registered nurse and occupational therapist.

We are looking for someone who

• Is curious and engaged in supporting individuals with disabilities such as autism and intellectual disabilities.
• Has experience and/or knowledge of the work.
• Wants to work as a part-time employee during the spring, summer, and autumn.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
